Prior Meditation Will Improve the Outcome of Any Meeting

Spirit: Before meeting with someone who can be influential to your career or otherwise helpful to you, spend a few moments in meditation. Quiet yourself, center yourself, relax and think about this meeting. If you do not know the face or sex of the person you are going to meet, that is all right. Just use whatever knowledge you do have. Imagine yourself with this person in a very positive format. Use whatever visualization you see as positive. For example, you may use the image of giving a rose back and forth or of embracing the person or persons that you will meet. Use something that is for you a positive thought form in which there is positive energy exchanged between yourself and the person you are going to meet. Even if it seems to be something silly, that does not matter. What does matter is that the feeling it produces within you is strong and positive.

Now, I am not giving you a magic trick to force the other person to do your will, such as to give you a job. I am talking about working in meditation to raise the energy between you and this person to the highest vibration possible so that the real you, with all of your capabilities and strengths, is visible to this other person and vice versa. At the same time, doing this preparation during your meditation will also enable you to see if this is someone with whom you are not able to work. What you are really doing by this advance meditational work is elevating the energy level of the meeting to its highest level.

This may seem to be some type of mind game, as if you are just playing, just imagining, just hoping, but it is actually important. It serves you in finding out where you do not want to proceed as well as where you do. It is also a very important aid to achieving your calmness and your centeredness and your self-assuredness when you attend the meeting. It is simply a beneficial ritual that anyone should do when they are going into an important meeting. See it through to its highest possible conclusion in your meditation before you ever step out of your door. You can quite easily draw things to you in this manner.

You may ask me, "But what if someone goes to thirty job interviews in a month and does this ritual before each interview? They are obviously not going to get thirty jobs." But that is not what I am promising you will happen.

I am assuring you that if you practice this ritual before each meeting – and it need take only 5 or 10 of your minutes – you will achieve intercommunication and interaction on a higher spiritual level than you would have had otherwise. Yes, for all thirty meetings. You would, consequently, have a very good chance of knowing exactly which positions are right for you, which ones you are going to be offered, which ones that you should go back home and work to magnetize to you, and which ones you should refuse even if you do receive an offer.

This practice can be likened to a "mind expander." It is a way of opening your inner eyes and allowing you to see just a little bit more than you normally might intuit. It is not some voodoo trick. It is just a spiritual exercise that allows you to have a little more information. I am just reminding you that even though what you are doing is occurring on your physical plane, you will have much more control over it if you will use the help of your spiritual awareness.
