Magnetizing and Manifesting Are Abilities You Can Master

Spirit: The more you continue to do what the Earthplane calls fantasize, the more you continue to do what you call "make up your life," the more you are strengthening yourself for your magnetizing. What do you think magnetizing is? It is believing that everything that you could possibly want is in the Universe and then imagining it strongly enough to call it to you. Although we often refer to it that way, it isn’t really that you are creating it. It already exists. It has already been created. It already exists. However, you are creating it within your reality when you draw it to you. You created it within your own presence, within your own reality.

The knowledge of God, of the Godspirit, all knowledge, exists already. There is nothing new that can be created about God. But you can create new knowledge within your own understanding by opening to more of the Lovelight. You already possess abilities that are God-given. You possess the God-like ability to create. The misunderstanding sometimes comes when a soul sees himself as the creator of all knowledge, the sole possessor of all knowledge. That is arrogant and it is wrong. But it is not at all wrong to see yourself as your father’s son, to see yourself as your mother’s daughter, to see yourself as your creator’s creation, to see yourself as being able to hold the water that is being poured into you. If you are truly practicing the skills you were given, putting them into practice, then you are continually creating. To create is an irresistible drive, an urge, that was instilled within you. The Spirit within you cannot not create.

So in magnetizing, the first lesson is to relax and do what is natural. If it feels to you as though you need to create a space (physically and in your mind and heart) for meditation, then do this first. If it feels to you that you need to create something to bring more Light and Love into your life, then do so.

It is important that you care about that which you are magnetizing or manifesting. Manifesting is bringing what you have magnetized into existence on your level. They are very closely connected. There are three parts to achieving your goal: meditation, manifesting, and magnetizing. You cannot do one without the other. You cannot successfully magnetize or manifest without meditating. You cannot manifest without first magnetizing, drawing to you if not an actual object or situation you need in order to enhance your life in a way that will allow you to obtain optimum spiritual growth during the time you spend on Earth learning.

You want this practice to be something familiar and comfortable, as well as pleasurable. What you are working on requires relaxation, positive attitude, Light-filled thoughts and a pleasant atmosphere around you. It requires Love, an embracing of the activity. Bring this into your practice of meditating, magnetizing, and manifesting. You don’t want to put yourself into a pressurized situation, a watched-pot situation where you are waiting for it to boil and feeling negative each time you look and do not see it boiling. You want to do your work lovingly, pleasantly, and relaxed, knowing beyond all doubt that what you are calling to you will manifest when the time is right in your life classroom.

You must raise your vibrations to the higher thinking and not bring to meditation your worries about things like whether your knee is going to be better tomorrow or what you are going to do about a certain financial situation. You must come cleared and Light-filled. If you are seeking help, do not try to figure out what to do to receive help. Instead, imagine a better situation about whatever it is that worries you. Do not try to determine HOW the solution will come. Do you understand? You don’t want to bind the hands of the Universe. You don’t want to limit the way things can happen. Imagine the positive solution you want, and let the manner in which it arrives be our problem, the Universe’s problem. Don’t try to figure out what to magnetize in order to make something happen. During your meditation, relax and continually visualize the end result, and then leave the rest to the Universe.

For example, if you think it is important that you and your family have some relaxation time together in order to reconnect spiritually, you may choose to magnetize a family vacation. Do not try to magnetize the money for the trip. God and the Universe he created know what is required in order for each of you to be able to take such a time away from work responsibilities. So instead, concentrate on seeing yourselves together at the seaside or in the mountains or some other pleasant place having a wonderful time filled with laughter and Love. Leave the technical details of how that is going to happen to God and the Universe.

You have been taught to send out Light and send out prayer requests for yourselves and others – to send out. You have not received much training in how to receive, how to expect and prepare yourself for the Universe to send to you. You have been taught that God always hears you, but have you also been taught that God always gives to you? Do you know that it is okay – in fact, it is part of the process in which you were created – for you to expect the Universe to fulfill all of your spiritually based requests? What you need to learn how to allow these things to come to you. Open the channel, open the doors. Make a request, then let it fly. Put the request on the carrier pigeon you visualize and let the pigeon out of its cage. Put it in a balloon and let it fly. However you want to visualize it. Don’t hold onto it.

When you know that certain things you have magnetized have happened, then you know magnetizing works. Regardless of what else could have influenced them, or how else it could have come to be or what else affected it, when you know that you magnetized and it became, then you no longer really believe, you know. You actually move from belief to knowledge. This is the only real instruction needed - to know that this is what life is all about. This is what creation is all about. This is how you achieve. This is how you grow. This is what you must constantly do. Know what works, know what exists, ask for what you need, in order to achieve your highest good and the highest good of the Universe, and then let it go and let it come to you.

On a technical basis, magnetizing is never wrong, but it is much less effective if it is done only once a week or once a month than if it is done on a regular basis, just as anything else. I will use an analogy from my special area of knowledge that I teach here…. If you were to have sex with your wife once a year, it would be enjoyable, no doubt. Everything still works the way that the human body is created to work… and yet it is much less effective in the bonding of your marriage. It is much less likely to have the positive effects, the beautiful effects, on your relationship with your wife, and on your spiritual relationship together and on your close feelings than it would were you to come together on a much more frequent basis.

Once you believe, you will not fear. If you open your eyes after meditation and do not see before you what you have been working on, you do not fear, and you do will say to yourself that what you are doing is impossible. The more you can believe and understand and see what is truly already in existence, even though you do not yet see it on your physical plane, then the more you will be relaxed about what you are working on. You will believe that it will manifest when the time is right because you will understand and believe that it already exists.

It is important when magnetizing not to get hung up on thinking that your Guides are controlling the situation like a stern parent, letting you have this or that, keeping from you this or that. This reaction comes in part from some of your cultural teachings or your religious teachings. You tend to want to think of yourself as being rewarded if you are a good boy or girl and of being denied by God and perhaps even punished, if you are a bad boy or girl. Do not tell yourself that your Guides won’t let you have this or that because it isn’t good for you or because they think you shouldn’t do this or should do something else. That is really saying the same thing you said as a child, only you are using our names instead of using God’s name. You are still telling yourself that if you are a good boy you will be rewarded and if you are a bad boy, you will be punished. The only one who does this rewarding and punishing in this manner is you. As soon as you can let go of these beliefs, you can begin to believe in your own powers to create your life through Meditating, Magnetizing and Manifesting.

We are able to help you, and we wish to help you. The help that we give you isn’t in going and getting something and bringing it to you faster; it isn’t in deciding that you need this or in deciding that this is bad for you. The help that we give you is in lending you Light and energy, strengthening you, so that your own work is stronger. That is our help. You have full responsibility - and full blame if you choose to see yourself as a bad boy and punish yourself. You have full responsibility for your own work.
