Animal Spirits Learner: Sometimes I notice that the animals in my house or in a house I visit are staring at a blank wall or an area of the house where there is no activity and nothing that should attract them. I have been told that means they are seeing spirits when they do this. Is this true? Spirit: We would have to ask the animal in question to know for sure about any specific situation and what they are looking at right then. But if you are asking whether it is possible for animals living on Earth to see energies that humans on the Earthplane often cannot see, the answer is absolutely, yes. This is also true of infants and young children, until they are taught to disbelieve what they experience. This teaching is bad medicine. It harms humans long into adulthood. Animals are not given these false teachings. No one has told them not to believe what they see or feel or otherwise sense. If the animals that you live with continually seem to notice a certain area, try meditating in that area yourself. Cleanse yourself and feel the vibrations there to determine whether the energy visiting you is human or animal and what it is seeking. Learner: I have a question about visiting animal souls, too. Our bird, Misty, always used to call our cat, Camille’s name, but only when she saw Camille. Camille used to go into the birds’ room and lie on top of their TV and whenever Misty saw that, she would call Camille. But she didn’t call her all day long when she was in other parts of the house. Now that Camille is gone, Misty still calls Camille sometimes. Does that mean that those are times when Camille is visiting and Misty sees her, even though we don’t? Spirit: Yes. It also means that Camille wants you to receive the message that she is visiting. Learner: Well, ever since our dog Dolly died, Misty says Dolly all the time. I have been telling her to stop it, be quiet, because it upsets me because I miss Dolly so much. I tell her to say the names of the other animals, but she says Dolly all the time now, a lot more than she did when Dolly was alive. Spirit: Haven’t you been asking your little dog friend for a sign that she is okay and happy ever since she crossed over? Learner: Yes Spirit: Don’t you think it is time that you listened to her reply? Remember that we use all possible methods to reach our children on Earth. But sometimes it is hard for us to open the ears of those whose paths are on Earth right now. You say the bird speaks the dog’s name much more frequently now that the dog has crossed over, but you have not asked why this might be? Now you are asking. This is good. Can you now hear? |
